Privacy Policy

• When you order: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, plus anything else you choose to add — your sewing machine model, a note for us, when you'd like our call, and a business name and GSTIN for your invoice.
• When you use the contact form: your name, phone number and message, and your email address and machine model if you give them.
• If you create an account: your saved addresses and a password, kept as a one-way hash. We never store it in a readable form and cannot tell you what it is.
• When you WhatsApp, call or email us: your messages and any photos you send.

We need your phone number because we call to confirm every order — it is not optional.

We do not collect card or bank details through this website, because we do not take payment through it.

To confirm, fulfil and deliver your order, and to answer questions about it afterwards.

To email you a copy of your order when you place it, to let you sign in, and to let you look up your orders.

To reply to messages you send us.

To put your business details on your GST invoice, if you ask.

To keep the records a business is required to keep.

• Our own team, to call you and handle your order or message.
• Our email provider: new orders and contact-form messages are emailed to our business inbox so the team sees them, and your order copy is emailed to you.
• WhatsApp, when you message us there.
• Delivery partners get the name, address and phone number they need to deliver your order. Nothing more.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

To see which pages help people and which are slow or broken, the site counts visits on our own server. It records the pages viewed, taps on our WhatsApp and call buttons, items added to the cart, checkout started and orders placed (with their value), contact messages sent, accounts created, searches on this site, missing or failing pages, and how fast pages load.

It does not record your name, phone number, email address or IP address, and it sets no cookie for this. A visit is a random number kept only in this browser tab, gone when you close it.

These statistics are kept for up to about 13 months, then deleted.

When you sign in, we use a cookie to keep you signed in.

Your cart and wishlist are saved in this browser, and so are the details you type at checkout until you place the order, so you don’t lose them if the page reloads. If you use a shared phone or computer, clear this site’s data from the browser when you are done.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
