We keep bed sizes and bolt patterns for the machines commonly sold in India, so we can usually tell you straight away which top fits.
Need a size that isn’t listed? We can usually cut one. We confirm the size and the machine cut-out with you first, and a top cut to your size can’t be returned unless it is faulty.
Including the underside. Nobody sees it, but that is where monsoon damp gets in and lifts a top from the inside.
The corners are where a top chips and peels first, and a properly banded edge is what stops it. Ask us how the edge is finished on the top you are looking at.
Chipboard tops swell in the monsoon, the laminate lifts at the edge, and within two seasons the whole top has to be replaced. None of the fixes above is clever. They are simply what stops a top from swelling and peeling. That is also why we cover what we sell for 12 months against manufacturing faults.
